  My partner is in the latter half of her RN degree and is required purchase scrub and other requisite items through Caste Branch. The faculty made it clear that there's no alternative. The order was placed on campus and we went to the store to pick up the items. While we were there, we browsed around. This store is, without any doubt, *expensive* and, as I understand it, that business model is sustainable as they provide a convenience to the universities and hospitals in the area. So we had to purchase scrubs and other items from them at a much higher price and a lower value.

  Paid for uniforms through the school program and they called said it was done and ready for pick up when I got there they said the embroidery was not done. A week later and still missing them for class and the embroidery is still not and now I have to go class without my uniforms again. Terrible service especially for the high prices

  S Royal, I was there for the event in question that you are speaking of. I did not once hear or see the Castle Uniform employee make any racial or derogatory comment to the customer. Nor did I witness the customer ask to help clean up her child's emisis. To try to spin this small incident into a racial issue is not required, especially in the society that we live in today. I absolutely love this company! I have never once had a bad experience. Thank you Castle Uniforms for taking care of all my uniform needs and the stellar customer service!
