    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Community Banking Experience! I’ve had a fantastic experience with Casey State Bank! Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it’s personal banking, loans, or just general inquiries, their team is always helpful and makes you feel like more than just a number. I really appreciate the hometown feel of this bank. Unlike bigger institutions, Casey State Bank takes the time to build personal relationships with their customers.     I have had nothing but issues out of this bank from the start! 1st I get a debit card and after 30 days it expires because they entered dates wrong! 1 day I go to get money get told nope don't got it just to get all way in town to get a call back and say we were wrong come back but didn't offer to pay for the gas I wasted! And than when your account is negative they will have you take it positive and turn around and hit yu with a 30 dollar over draft fee ro make you negative again and when demanding an explanation as she Said was close your account THEY PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY LIKE ITS THEIR OWN TERRIBLE! Edit to add: 6 months later place is still a joke! Mind you I have over4000 going into the account monthly I have told them 100 times I wanted to opt out of overdrafts so to not allow so I won’t be charged’ yet to this day they still allow these transactions to go threw even tho I have told them 10000000 times to stop they like to charge you 30.00 and watch the online it isn’t correct the need to tell they customers this before not AFTRR THEY get an account ! One day you can have 200 and after they run books your negative 60 to which neither made since and instead of friendly your met with attitudes because they don’t like you pointing out they mess ups! Come on this bank gets it money from somewhere to do free checking accounts and where is from they customers now and screwing over their accounts This is coming from a customer of almost 1 year now and still nothing but issues!!!!!!!!
