- AAAndy AyreAug 6, 20251.0Terrible. The locksmith shows up complaining that she had been awake since 1:30am and because of this she was rude and grumpy. We tried to be friendly to her but she was just very unhappy. She didn't know how to do a specific kind of house lock so had to call for help. After she left we found we couldn't lock the front door from the inside or outside! We couldn't remove the key from the deadbolt. When we called to explain the person on the phone was grumbling that they might have to come out to fix it! Unbelievable. They did send someone out to fix it but it should have been done right the first time. Realtor didn't cause any delays. House was built in 2000 so newer than most. I have stressful days but I am never rude and grumpy to my customers. Won't use again.
- PWPam WJul 29, 20255.0I needed a copy made of a key for a tool lock box and they were able to duplicate it. In case it didn't work, they offered suggestions of how we could fix the problem. It's the first time I've needed a service of this type and I appreciated all the help they offered.
- RTRyan TongJul 27, 20255.0Stopped by Casey Lock and Key with a bent key - I asked if I should replace the ignition cylinder since it has been the second key that got bent - Casey fixed it quickly using a vise and some lubricant, gave me great advice about avoiding a heavy keychain, and didn’t even charge me. Super helpful, honest, and professional. Highly recommend!
- RRRegakonaJul 11, 20255.0The worst thing is the parking situation if you ask me... It seems like a "Mom n Pop" business and they are very blunt yet friendly. (but call in advance, be scheduled) They are all about their work and craftsmanship. They help copied my mail keys, house keys, and even my truck keys (door and ignition) Whatever you need copied, this is the place to go (transponders/programming keys idk, because all of mine were straight metal)
