  My parents used Casey Jones for all their well and septic needs and my husband and I have continued to use Casey as well. He is one of the most responsible, dedicated and honest person we have ever used. We can’t say enough about his commitment to providing his very best, going above and beyond to help, and his customer service is exceptional. He is unbelievably prompt, creative and finds a solution. We have trust and confidence because of his experience and expertise. We really appreciate all he has done for our family. We could not recommend him more.

  Poor customer service poor communication, didn't do what I asked, never called back to finish there job. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I heard it was a good company till the dad left it to the kids. I have three more wells this year to do and will definitely NOT be using these guys
