  Azaleas a bought 12 plants got home dig a spot for each plant all, 3,4,5 weeks later plants are dying, they look dry and thirsty, so I did my inspetion . The soil this company usedid the worst of the worst it kills the plants because I drys out to fast and it doesn't let the roots breathe.

  Placed an order online as recommended days in advance to ensure delivery. This worked out well, however the product being sent overnight is not packaged to accommodate the distance of delivery. From what I can tell the box indicated overnight delivery and included one tiny cold pack not enough to keep someone’s lunch chilled. If these indeed were sent overnight and arrived on my very first day of expected arrival then I’m wondering if anyone checks the quality. Over half my order is in poor condition and will take extra time to just pick out the salvageable stems and flowers. Very disappointing. When trying to contact the seller the wholesale was closed. … surprisingly on a Tuesday at 4pm It’s completely understandable that there could be some die off but each stem is rotted, this was the main filler for our wedding. No guarantees or refunds with third party deliveries…. Feeling scammed just so they can send poor quality product long distances and take the money and run. Be wary of anything sent further than they can deliver themselves

  Amazing quality flowers. I ordered online for my wedding and the service was amazing and the flowers shipped overnight! Highly recommend.

  The flowers are lovely, but their business is unorganized. My friend and I went in and looked at flowers. We ordered and scheduled to pick up the Saturday before her Sunday babyshower. No issues. Friday before the babyshower they call us 30 minutes before they close that we need to pick up the flowers before they close and they aren't open on Saturday and Sunday. No one said anything when we made the order to pick up them. No one felt remorseful and no one gave us time Friday to work around their mistake. So my friend had to call me in a rush to get them. No discount for the inconvenience. No offer of any kind to rectify the aweful situation they created. Had to stop what I was doing for their blunder. It would have been fine to pick up today if it had been planned. But we weren't made aware and scheduled with them to pick up Saturday. I recommend you do your own research on their time and availability. They aren't good at communication and customer service.

  Ordered flowers with a one week window for delivery, staff was amazing, received my flowers and they were packed perfectly and all of the flowers were perfect!! Will use them again!
