  First time trying after several recommendations. The pizza was amazing. Far exceeded expectations. Had the Bostonian Combo which was delicious, the crust was great and it was cooked perfectly. It’s a 20 min drive (40 roundtrip) and well worth it. This will be our new go to over our other spots for sure. Looking forward to trying the other varieties. Staff was super friendly and very efficient and the pizza was ready to go when I arrived. Can’t wait for the next time.

  One of the greatest pizzas I ever had in my whole life and there was no oil or grease. I’ve been to Italy six times but this pizza was phenomenal!

  We decided to try this place for our anniversary because the pizza in the area has been disappointing. Their “award winning” pies sounded promising despite the high price at thirty dollars for a pizza. Unfortunately the experience was incredibly frustrating. When we called to order, we asked them not to add Parmesan to a tomato pizza that is already listed without mozzarella. The person on the phone became rude and flatly refused to leave it off. When we asked why they could not hold the Parmesan, they simply said “it is not made that way.” This is the first time we have ever had a restaurant refuse such a simple request, and it is not unusual for someone who cannot have dairy.

  I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS IF I COULD,,,, I walked in and first thing out the bald old guys' mouth was ' well your order isn't ready, it's not started, and I didn't plan on starting it anytime soon" then tells me ' and your not allowed to sit inside my restaurant to wait for your food that you just paid me for' then the girl with dark hair butts in, and was extremely rude, they were both using 4 letter words, they were both the absolute rudest people that I've ever had the dis-pleasure of handing money to.. food was not the style I ordered, pizza was triple the price as it should've been, and if it wasn't right down the St from me I wouldn't have even gone here... Worst and I mean WORST customer service I have ever seen. Absolutely SAD that there are people like this in the food industry... Absolutely SAD , an embarrassment to Ludlow . Wish I could leave negative stars...
