  Outstanding Service from Braulio at Casa Jalisco! I recently had a fantastic experience dining there, and a large part of it was thanks to the incredible service provided by Braulio. Beyond his friendly attitude, his service was quick and remarkably efficient. He was clearly attentive, anticipating our needs without hovering. Our food and drink orders were taken promptly, and everything arrived at our table much faster than expected, despite the restaurant being very busy for the restaurant's third anniversary celebration. What truly stood out was how helpful he was. We had a couple of questions about customizing an order, and Braulio offered clear, easy-to-understand suggestions that made our meal even better. He was patient and clearly knowledgeable about the menu, making him truly great to work with. And the food was AMAZING. Definitely try the birría! If you visit Casa Jalisco, make sure you ask for Braulio. He is the definition of a five-star server and elevates the entire dining experience.

  Started off with a very long wait after being seated and then left with chips. Managed to go through the entire chip basket before a server showed up. The food was pretty decent until I got to the quesadilla. It was a flavorless, watery mess. Almost no browning to the tortilla and the contents were like eating straight from a can of shredded chicken. If you want something, be prepared to wait. And wait some more. Just not a great experience. I've had much better food and service at any El Vaquero.

  We wanted to like this place, but have had multiple bad experiences over the past year. The first time we went, everything was good, the second time we went, the food was not great, but the service was good and we hoped it was a fluke, after last nights experience we won’t be going back. I ordered the arandas fajitas and the sausage was 100% a cut up hotdog, not sausage. The meat in all meals was not seasoned at all and everything was very bland, including the guacamole. The service was horrible. After we got our food, the server never came back to check on us and my son needed a drink refill the entire time we were eating. She was sitting at the bar talking and putting utensils/napkins together so we couldn’t even flag her down - they were not busy. When she finally came back, I asked her to just put his drink in a to-go cup because we were done eating. When she brought us boxes, she started cleaning up some empty plates and when I wasn’t looking, she took my tortillas and threw them away. I asked her about it when she came back and she just stared at me like she didn’t take them. I told her I still had two tortilla left in the foil and asked her kindly to replace them, which she did, but then charged me for them on the receipt. I brought it to her attention and she refused to remove the charge. They also messed up my husband’s order and incorrectly billed it on the receipt as well, making it slightly more. They also charged my son for a full-priced drink versus the kid priced drink, which was the only error she agreed to fix after I made a big deal about, but then still rang it up higher than the menu price listed it. Would not recommend.

  The restaurant was noisy. It sounded like there was a club nearby with thumping bass. The food (enchiladas casa Jalisco) was bland and the chips were greasy. We didn’t get beans with our order.
