  I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new EZ GO golf cart from Rick and the team at Carts Unlimited in Zephyrhills! Before visiting, I had made calls to several other dealers to ask questions and plan my purchase, and the service and information I received from these other dealers was disappointing to say the least. I'm so glad we stopped by Carts Unlimited. Rick and his wife, the owners, assisted us with plenty of answers and information, and patience too as I considered the options. I was hoping to find a quality, US-made vehicle with a strong guarantee, particularly on the lithium battery. With Rick's guidance we found the perfect cart. Making the purchase was easy and straightforward, and if I need repairs or accessories in the future I'll definitely call Carts Unlimited. Even the delivery service was fast, easy, and on time.   I just wanted to thank Rick once again for helping us out with our golf cart. He was absolutely amazing! Actually everyone there was extremely helpful.   Leslie was awesome! They went above and beyond to get the batteries on our golf cart replaced. The pick-up and drop-off service made everything super easy, and the whole process was smooth. Great communication the whole way through! Keep up the good work

  We recently bought a golf cart that I had wanted to make extra special for my husband about to celebrate a 75th birthday and the two of us starting a new chapter of life by moving to a 55+ community after many years of NEVER moving. Rick helped us graciously through this process. He was extremely knowledgable, honest and kind. We appreciated his NO PRESSURE sales method and made the entire process easy peasy. My husband remarked that it was the most pleasant sales experience he could EVER remember and I definitely agreed. We are absolutely loving our brand new Liberty EX Go Golf Cart and recommend this place to anyone in the market for one!!
