  Aggressive driver of a Carroll Water van on 795 at 11:15am on Sunday, October 19, pushing us in the left lane although we were doing 76-78 passing people on the right. We got over as soon as we passed the cars, then the Carroll Water driver flew by doing ~85mph and got off at Franklin Drive East without a signal. Tired of rude, aggressive drivers going dangerous speeds so will start calling them out when possible.

  Jake was above and beyond very polite and knows what he’s doing. They showed up on time went over the system and checked it out carefully and gave us there recommendations. Definitely will use them again

  The technicians called in advance of the appointment, arrived on time, and communicated what they were doing as well as their progress. They were professional and courteous during their visit. We will continue to be a loyal Carroll Water Systems customer!!!

  Jeremy at Carroll Water was terrific. We truly appreciate Jeremy's attention to detail and customer service. Adam, our service technician was great and explained the entire setup to us, including photos!
