- TGTim GerkenAug 28, 20241.0Poor craftsmanship. Patchy carpet job.. shows lines and you can see the mistakes. Had to quote several times to get the square footage correct. They also blew out my drywall while installing the carpet. It ruined my handrail and ripped it out of the wall. After contacting CarpetLand, they told me they would fix it repeatedly and ended up ignoring me. Ignore the decent pricing and go elsewhere.

He even came out to our home in Woodbridge and sent the installer again who was very cooperative in fixing all the issues we had. We wanted to give them credit for their professionalism and attention to the matter and for making sure we were satisfied with the carpet in our new home. Mistakes can be made by anyone but the fact they fixed the issue immediately is what sets them apart from the rest.
