  Ryan in the Sales Group at Carpet Trends in New Canaan was knowledgeable and very professional. Our carpets are perfect for the two bedrooms. The warehouse manager was very helpful in accommodating delivery schedules and the installers arrived on time, were polite, professional and did a fabulous job. The whole process was meticulously managed. I will use them again

  A truly phenomenal experience with all members of the team going above and beyond. We bought several rugs for different rooms - both area rugs and wall to wall rugs, as well as a runner for the staircase. Communication was great. Any issue that came up was resolved expeditiously and exceeded our expectations.

  I had an excellent experience with Luke. Customer service 5 stars, installation by Marco quick and skilled. The Karastan carpet came out gorgeous and feels extremely soft from the thick padding underneath. Pricing more competitive than another local company I compared to, and the customer service was far superior than the other store. Call Luke for your carpet needs!

  Another wonderful experience working with the team at Carpet Trends. Thomas is a dream to work with and his install team always do a perfect, and clean job. To date they have installed wood flooring, wall to wall, runners and now a custom area rug. Each is high quality, fairly priced and beautiful. Can’t recommend them enough. Fabulous local business.

He has a fantastic eye for design and really takes the time to understand what you’re looking for. The entire process was seamless from start to finish — and the installers are top-notch: professional, precise, and meticulous with every detail. I couldn’t be happier with the result.
