I hired Carpet Tech to place an ozone machine in a home I was trying to sell. The owners smoked in it and the smell was horrible. After 2 days of the machine, the smell was gone! The technician I worked with was excellent.

Lex and his partner were very professional. My carpets were cleaned perfectly. They even managed to salvage our couch. There is no smell of cat urine anymore. Thank you so much for being detail oriented!

Dayton was so polite, efficient & very quick. We had a couple of pet spots that I was afraid would linger, but Dayton assured me that he would get them! He did! You can't even tell there were spots there! It took him about an 1.5 hours to do 3 bedrooms/closets! The cost was so affordable, especially for the work! I would use them & recommend them over & over again!

If you live outside of Lubbock, it's $2.00 per mile. We live 45 miles away. That's $90.00 one way. Add then going back (that was never clarified by them)- then you're talking $180.00 just for mileage? I really hope I was hearing this wrong. So let's say there's 3 other customers in our town who need services. They split the mileage. So split three ways, it's still more expensive for the mileage than to say, clean a regular chair. I'm sure it's great if you live in the Lubbock bubble because they have good reviews, but no. I own a manufacturing company and we dumped all of our shipping and handling charges 2 years ago. We absorb that cost and although it's expensive, we gained customers and quickly found that people are getting really tired of being nickeled and dimed to death. Its just that nobody wants to talk about it. Otherwise the CSR was nice. BTW, if you really want to burn fuel, drive around a city. Highway driving saves on gas. SMH.
