  The work was good, with the exception of a door no longer able to close. However, money was missing from my home where the workers were located. I reported this to the company and was told that that these contractors wouldn't have taken the money. I know for a fact that this money was not where I left it. There is no doubt. I filed a police report for this felony theft. Lesson learned. Do not leave any valuables out if hiring this company.

  I couldn’t be happier with my new floors and kitchen! The remodeling process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. The management team and installation crew were incredibly flexible, working around my schedule with ease. The results are stunning, and thanks to their excellent work, I was able to rent out my home right away after the renovations.

  The team at Carpet & Floor Express did a fantastic job with my home renovation! It was a pleasure working with everyone there and the installers did a fantastic job with installation of hardwood floors, carpet and kitchen cabinets! I’ll definitely be back if I need anything in the future and highly recommend them for flooring or kitchen remodeling! Thank you Carpet & Floor Express!

  Very expensive, they use subcontractors and never come at your house to check the work themselves. Job was done poorly and they didn’t protect any of my furnitures Will never hire them again even to do a touch up. Don’t do same mistake as me , the person at the shop well spoken and smiling is NOT the person who will do or even handle your project. They will send some cheap sub-contractors that don’t speak English and don’t protect your home. Edit : Yes My family hired you to do our house in Dc . Your name is Tommy and one of your subcontractors is Sergio. Im sorry if the name of the four occupants of our house are not on the receipt…. If Google ask me for proof i will provide them the receipt don’t worry. Go ahead and report it. I have it ready.
