  The staff were super helpful. Mike V. Walked me through the process and made recommendations. I brought home samples and chose a really plush carpet. The installers arrived on time, moved all the furniture, they did a really great job. I absolutely love the new carpet.

  After a difference in opinion getting carpet from Home Depot, my husband and I shopped here for carpet. The guy who talked to us in the store seemed knowledgeable and upfront, so we scheduled a measurement. The first day we scheduled the measurement for, the guy who was supposed to come between 5-6 PM never showed, and called us after 5:30 to reschedule. He told us that even though the next day was his day off, he’d come over and measure at 5 PM to get it done. My husband took off work early both days to meet this person at our home and the following day, no one ever showed up and never called. We attempted calling the measurement person, but of course they didn’t answer so now we’re going to have to shop around yet again for someone else to install our carpet. This place has lost our business and I find it unprofessional and disrespectful that they couldn’t even show up to my home for a simple measurement.
