  Worst bank ever. Hear me out. Lived in MN to CA to SC. only banking problem I've had is WITH Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union. Didn't give a bank card,after I asked to put half my money into a savings account, come to find out all money was in checking. THEY CAN GET ANYTHING RIGHT

  Been with them for 13 years never having any major problem other then being slow at times. So now I can not deposit or cash a check, mind you it was only $15.00... Anyhow now they willnot except the my check if it has the shorten version of my legal name. Example: my name is Kenneth no more Ken or Kenny, or if my name is Samuel no mor Samm or Sammy, or is my name is Patricia no more Trish or Pat or Patty.. Wow time to pull away. UGHLY bunch that why employees do not last. Manager Brittney very odd that CTFCU is no longer taking ANYONE persons checks that has a shorten name the the birth name.

  Unreasonable amount of limitations regarding loan payoff options, unable to make principal only payments from external accounts, only accept visa in store, limitations on how much a may pay in a single day or week as well.

  I left the big bank in May 2021 and started using CTFCU. Best decision I ever made!
