  CTFCU is a 2nd account and needed to link it to a primary account. It was tricky but Morgan Woodrum at the Surfside branch knew exactly what to do. Not only is she skilled at her applications she was completely friendly and professional through the whole process. I couldn't have thanked her more. Well done!!

  This CU resolved every out-of-state issue we had when we moved here last year. The staff is helpful, nice, fun and knowledgeable. We like banking with them.

  They charge you dollar to use other ATM's. The one on 17 is aways down. They won't pay for gas and time i waste driving to another location

  Only thing I didn't like was my new card has my full name...I was having it replaced for Fraud & now my full name is out there 😫

  I am pretty much in this bank every other day or so, and everyone is always courteous , and friendly. However, today 7/03/2019, there was a new face there, and he was very rude, and snotty acting. Maybe he was having a bad day, I don't know, just maybe someone should call this to his attention.
