  This woman sat in the drive thru ATM for the better part of a half hour. I listen to some pretty long tracks in my car, averaging about four minutes. After the sixth track started playing, I decided to bump my horn. A minute later, it’s escalated to this! Understand, I am not really that sore at the young woman in scrubs. She was having a moment and lost her cool. We were filming one another, but again, I just needed her to move along. During this encounter, there are three cars behind me, also in need of the ATM. The lanes are empty, and I look over, making eye contact with who I assume is the manager. He’s got a beard and several ear piercings. And this is just a show to him. At this point, he realizes that I’m watching him, he visually jumps and disappears behind the partition. Guys, I own a share in this bank and I’m not planning to leave any time soon. I understand that certain cicinstanves are outside our control, but there was no action taken for what has to be about a thirty minute ordeal. Please put a sign on the ATM to limit transactions, at least during certain cicumstances. This was an absolutely disgusting ordeal, all the way around. Carolina Trust, please figure something out.

  While going through the process of moving some of my banking I’ll say I’m changing banks because of the kindness and professionalism of Mrs. Fleming. It really stands out these days when you experience genuinely concerned customer service.
