  I wouldn’t recommend. Fraud happened to my account they closed my account and gave me a check them nor anyone else could cash due. The inconvenience is crazy! They had me running around the whole day smh. Never again!

  Very helpful for all my banking needs. I call ahead for appointments and needed information. Starts with my DC native at Front Desk. Miss Rachel and Coleen helped me today. Thanks to All The Employees at my Favorite Location.

  I was having difficulty linking my bank with Carolina Trust so I could make my car payments. The first branch was closer to my home, but I didn’t get my problem resolved and found the employee to be rude. I decided to go to another location and was very pleased with the service and level of professionalism I received from Tammy! I wanted to set it up for auto pay and she took care of that too. Thank you Tammy!

  I love this bank, but Tammy was not friendly at all. Her tone and demeanor comes off very discriminative

  I just want it to be known this is by far one of the worst banks out here. Just had to drive 5 hours to get a lien release on one of my vehicles that was paid off with them 8 years ago. They gave me hell then and still hell 8 years later. Horrible bank. They will hold you fully paid off property hostage for no good reason.
