  We received excellent service from Carolina Glass and Mirror and would highly recommend. Our installers (Andy and Colby) were very prompt, professional and friendly and most importantly did an excellent job installing our glass enclosure/door on our new shower. We are VERY pleased.   FAIR WARNING: As many others have reported, it appears you have about a 50/50 chance that someone from Carolina Glass will call you back or even show up. I called them and talked to a receptionist saying I needed someone to come out and give me an estimate for a custom frameless glass shower enclosure. She asked me to sent an email with specifics i.e., approx size, hardware finishes, and photos if possible. I sent an email with all the requested information. No response! I have since called them three times looking for status on my request, and each time I'm assured someone will contact me. Its now been over a week... no callback, no email response, no nothing. Based on their positive reviews, it appears they do good work for those lucky enough to get a response... however their lack of customer service up front causes me concern. It they won't call or even contact me about a potential sale then what kind of service or support would I receive if I needed service "after the sale". It's a sad way to run a business in today environment.

  Could not have had a better interaction or better customer experience. This was the third and final hope for me finding the gasket/glazing seal I needed for our semi-frameless shower and they had precisely what I needed. The young lady at the front went to fetch the gasket, then solicited the help of another associate and when they came back with the gasket I was in hog heaven. They even had a replacement for the magnetic closing assembly. They 100% care about helping me and it showed on the faces, in their attitudes and in the service I received. I can't wait to give them more business. TY CG&M!!!

  What a great team!!!My experince with this company was exceptional in every department...from sales to installation. I recently remodeled my home.David,Chris and all the other guys made my dreams come true. They are creative and up to any challenge you present them with. The showroom is beautiful and shows you how many beautiful things can be done with glass. The only downside is my project is done and I miss working with the exceptional staff at Carolina Glass and Mirror!!! Love you guys!!!
