Everything handmade and homemade in house the Chicken El Pastor was fantastic and the “gringa” was a fun twist with the grilled cheese on the tortilla. Great tacos, enchiladas, chips and salsa. Will be back because of the amazing work they are doing in the kitchen!

When I was waiting to pick up one of my kids, I found this little Taqueria and ordered a Burrito, and it was the best Mexican food I have had in YEARS. Flavors, seasoning, balance of ingredients, all incredible. I can't say that I will not eat at other Mexican restaurants... but I will be thinking about Carnales Taqueria Temperance when I do.

My fiance is Mexican, and he swears the rice is nearly as good as his grandmother's homemade recipe. Never had issues with orders, food is always hot and tasty. Love them!
