- BPBob PlantzAug 29, 20255.0Nicole Urdiales from Carmel Curiel Larios' office called me this morning to let me know that they hadn't received the certificate of my completion of the AARP Mature Driver Improvement Course. I've been taking the course for many years, which gives me a discount on my auto insurance. It needs to be taken every three years, and she was concerned that I didn't do it this time. I had completed the course and apparently sent a copy to the wrong email address. I've been with State Farm since the 1960s. I had the same agent in Berkeley until changing to an agent in Sonoma County a few years ago. Than agent retired and my account was moved to Carmel Curiel Larios' office. The previous two were good, but they're by far the most attentive to my insurance policies. Thank you for keeping track of my policies, Nicole!
