    Use to be a top notch company, not sure what happend, but now they seem to drag their feet, and for the price paid to them, I dont think its right.

    Took 3 months to get our original documents back even after several phone calls. Gave different excuses with every call I made. Will never recommend them to anyone and will never go back to them again. They've lost our business for good now. UPDATE years later. WORST Place ever go somewhere else! They still play games don’t know how they stay in business. Carlson Accounting sucks
