Cherie, in particular, is loud and careless when handling patient records and information she learns, to the point where private medical information is openly shared for anyone to know. It is shocking and frankly embarrassing that this level of disregard for privacy is allowed to continue in a medical setting. A clinic should uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, yet she fails at the most basic level. It’s unprofessional, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable in a medical setting. A clinic should feel safe and confidential, not like your personal health is public knowledge. This place is a disgrace to patient care.Patients deserve better.

- JGJonathan GravellsDec 18, 20205.0I suffer with chronic pancreatitis and in and out of the ER every 3 months or less with multiple complications, Drs would treat me REACTIVELY and I suffered for 4 years until I found ACT Medical 🏥 and within 2 hrs and a visit “virtually” with a Dr in Calgary I had a pain management plan and for once in the past 4 yrs I feel looked after and being treated PROACTIVELY and have not been to the ER since and with #Covid19 that is reducing strain on a already overloaded system! I HAVE A TEAM TO HELP MANAGE MY PAIN! Hallelujah!!!!!!
