  Jeff is great! He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It is rare to get a tech like that. I would recommend Cardwell and Jeff to everyone.

  Jeff, the technician explained the options available for a new thermostat and then explained all the features for the one I chose that was the smart one. He also showed me how to manage it in my iphone and made sure I inderstood everything

  Team 2 did a great job installing the equipment. Everything worked as expected. They explained the operations very well, They were very courteous and cleanup after the job. We are very pleased.

  Certainly a 5 Star for James and how quickly your office sent someone out to see about my AC. But I'm very disappointed in hearing that I needed 2 pounds of refrigerant after only 3.5 years which just cost me $700. AND that to do a leak service will cost me another $500. The VERY frustrating part is that I have to pay for refrigerant and possibly the leak service next spring for a total of $1200 when the fault could most likely be a defect or a bad part in a system I paid 11k for just 3 years ago. My old system didn’t need Freon for 10-12 years. But James tightened and checked and convinced me to trust your company and buy the yearly plan. We’ll see what the spring check up brings when the refrigerant is checked again. I can’t afford your plan and my Worry Free PSEG plan so I am cancelling my Worry Free. I hope my trust in your company is well founded. I chose you for the whole system replacement because of your reputation and recommendations, I hope I made right decision again. Thank you.

  From the initial service call to John coming out and suggesting a new system to the install team, everything went flawless. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time and home. They did not try to oversell us, listened to what we wanted and executed in a timely matter. Highly recommend their service with no hesitation.
