What at first was an unlucky situation, turned into the luckiest because of this shop. The guys at the shop were true lifesavers! I think the guy working the desk was named Floyd. They immediately helped walk us through how they were going to fix this. We were in and out in 30 minutes! Not only did they give amazing service, but they also showed amazing compassion. My friend was pretty distraught from getting the flat and this store went out for their way to comfort him and tell him it would all be good. Can't recommend these guys enough! I might have names wrong, so I just wanted to note we were there Saturday, October 11th around 3. From the guys in the shop to the front desk, thank you so much!

I had been suggesting using car-x for sometime now because of my past experience with them. Berry was the blessing we needed. Great customer service and above all much better pricing than the dealership. I would definitely recommend car-x to anyone looking for great deals great care and great service.

I've brought my vehicles to carx twice now and I can confidently say I will never be returning and will urge others not to unless they enjoy being lied to and scammed out of their money. Both times I have been here I paid for a safety and emissions inspections to renew my registration and both times I was lied to about parts that need to be replaced that were not needed. The most recent example was, I was told my rear left pads were "metal to metal" which didn't make sense since they were not even making noise. When I picked up my vehicle and took it home I removed the pads and saw that the pads still a bit of material and measured at about 1/10th of an inch. I took the pads back up to carx and asked for an explanation on how they measured it and they couldn't give me a clear answer and started making excuses. I will no longer use this location and will strongly urge others to not even consider this place unless they want to waste money on unnecessary repairs.
