    Was a regular, but new ownership and staff has gone downhill. Went for an oil change, was asked to pull my car out of the bay as no one could drive a manual transmission. Was informed that my brakes had "about a week left". Checked myself and I still have over 5mm of pad left, could easily last over a year. Sad story indeed.

    Tim was fantastic to work with. I needed a new motor and while they couldn’t do it there, Tim was very helpful with finding another shop to help me get the work done. Thanks Whiting Car-X and thanks Tim!

    I blew out a tire on the Indiana Toll Road and was towed the this location. The staff here were incredibly accommodating. They didn't have the tires I needed and drove to a nearby location to obtain them for me. Staff were pleasant, professional and extremely prompt. While the situation was not ideal, I felt better knowing I was in such good hands.
