The guy named John who works here definitely knows a lot about guns, but he needs to keep his inappropriate racial and immature comments to himself. People are going there to purchase firearms, not to hear inappropriate racial comments and inappropriate immature jokes. He should keep those remarks to himself and seek some therapy to figure out why he carries so much racially driven dislike in him.

"Tried to give them my money. They said no. Multiple times. 😂" Called in as a law-abiding citizen asking a simple question: “Do you guys offer any LEO discounts?” Guy says: “Yes! I’ll get back to you.” Plot twist: He never did. So I call again, thinking maybe phones were invented after their customer service manual was printed. This time it’s, “The owner will call you.” Plot twist #2: He didn’t either. Shocking, I know. I figured maybe I’m the problem, so I try again. This time a new guy answers who sounds like I just interrupted his midlife crisis. I explain the situation, and he hits me with that classic line: “I’ll let Dave know.” Who’s Dave? Is Dave real? Or is he the FFL Bigfoot that only shows up when it’s time to not call customers back? Look, I don’t care about your 5% discount keep it and buy a calendar with it so someone there knows what day it is. The real issue is this never-ending loop of “We’ll get back to you” like I’m stuck in the world’s lamest Call of Duty mission: Objective: Wait for Dave. Honestly, if the pre-sale service is this disorganized, I can only imagine what happens after you buy something. Do you just sit in the corner of the shop waiting for Dave to hand you the manual? Anyway, I’m moving on to another shop where customer service didn’t fall asleep during orientation. God bless America 🇺🇸 And God bless all the gun shops out there that treat people like customers instead of characters in a broken sitcom rerun. #2A #WaitingForDave #GhostGunstore
