I cannot say enough good things about Cap Metro Bright Horizons... it's like a family. The quality of care and the personal investment in your child and you is beyond measure. The chef's menu for kids and developmentally appropriate exploration and food provided has been so comforting and exciting to see your child enjoy. I have had my son in the infant class since early in the new year and those teachers in particular are SO GOOD. They can get your baby back on schedule when they get thrown off it, they send pictures and updates through an app of all the learning, play, food, changes, sleep patterns and exploration your child is doing. They are like extended family and partners in parenting. Miss LaRee and Miss Gloria are simply the best you could hope for. As a first time Mom, there's so much anxiety about choosing a daycare you really can trust and all my hopes and expectations were surpassed and then some about this experience at Cap Metro. The front desk staff and Director - everyone! - are so warm and kind. They clearly care deeply and they partner with you too. I can't recommend this spot enough.

I highly recommend this childcare center for your little ones. Both of our daughters received care here beginning when they were young infants. We've toured and interacted with multiple daycares/schools around Austin, and the level of care and teacher and facility quality provided here is unmatched, especially for babies and toddlers. The professionalism and experience of the team is outstanding. I fully trust my kids with these teachers and even look to them for recommendations for at-home. They truly were an extension of our family. Your child receives customized care, you have parent-teacher conferences with regular updates, and you receive a full daily report, including photos, within the app. I can't imagine having sent our babies anywhere else.

Please do NOT send your child here if they are under nine months. My three month old son went there for a week and I regret it. This center is HORRIBLE. Everyone I interacted with lied. They have you fill out all this paperwork about the care for your child and then do the total opposite. The infant room is very unsanitary. My son became sick the first week. However, my biggest issue I had was the teacher of the infant room who bragged about having so many years of experience with babies/children. But allowed my three month to lay on the floor all day and cry. I know she did, because I walked in on her twice in one day. It took me 30 minutes to get because therr was no one at the first desk or no sign on the door. Oh let me not forget to say that on that day, there was three adults in the room. One feeding a child and the other two just sitting and holding sleeping babies while my baby laid on the floor crying. When I first had a interview/meeting with the infant room teacher, she asked me what type care I was looking for and I told her. I expected her to be honest and say my expectations couldn't be met. Instead, she assured me it could be done; which was a huge lie. ALSO MANAGEMENTCOULD CARE LESS. - Ms. C Johnson *There is so many more complaints.
