  I am very disappointed with this clinic. I have completed four sessions and see no results at all. I feel like I wasted both my time and money here. The staff may be polite, but the treatment simply does not work as promised.” Honestly, don’t waste your money at this laser center. I paid $7,500 for five full-body sessions, and they told me I’d see results But after four sessions, I haven’t seen any result. When I called to express my frustration, I pointed out that I paid $7,500 , and I expected to see at least some results. Instead, they told me I have a hormonal issue, which I definitely don’t. I came here because of their good reviews, but now I’m convinced a lot of them are fake. Save your money and look for a better place! . .

  I’m so glad I finally decided to do laser hair removal—I only wish I had done it sooner! The results were noticeable even after the very first session.Sue was so professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The whole experience was quick, easy, and so worth it. Highly recommend!

  Editing my review to include my amazing treatment experience! I am so happy with my experience at Capital Laser Hair Removal! Sue is such a sweet and kind professional and provided me with a free, thorough consultation to explain the process. I have heard so many stories about the pain that comes with laser hair removal, but I was absolutely blown away with my experience. As someone who has been told I have a low pain tolerance, I was prepared to be clenching my teeth the whole time but it was almost painless! There were obviously some points my skin was more sensitive, but Sue listened to me and adjusted the laser as needed. It is very obvious how experienced she is and I am so thankful to have had such a pleasant experience as a first-timer with laser. Outside of the treatment itself, the office is beautiful and even looks over the Potomac! It is clean, metro accessible, and lovely. I feel safe and confident in having my treatments completed here and would recommend it to anyone looking for laser hair removal for medical or aesthetic reasons :)
