Had a windshield replaced in my semi which ended up leaking and caused over $6,000 worth of electrical damage. At first the owner and/or manager didn't want to stand behind the work but ended up submitting it to his insurance. However, the insurance has ghosted me since. I have submitted the information they wanted but now they will not return calls or emails. It has been months. The employees even acknowledged the leak and fixed it. I have given them every chance to make it right. I'm sure this was a freak occurrence, but to not stand behind it and make it right... I would have given it zero stars if that were an option.
