  Certain days it’s ok, but has been frequent times where the driver just passes up the stop that’s on the route. Keep in mind it runs until 4:00, I feel like the driver(depends on which one) starts just playing around 2:30. A lot of times, you’re just better off getting an Uber. I know that this transit is free, but it’s has quite some work to do when it comes to consistency and reliability.

  I’ve had to wait 2-4 hours for someone to pick me up from You need to pick up the speed on picking up people I was at West Park Mall to pick up something really quick and then called for a ride and I had to wait four hours before I got a ride to take me to the store. I couldn’t by anything frozen because by time they they would get to me everything would be melted so I have to rely on someone else to take me or have my food delivered. I had doctors appointment problems also . I think you need more drivers for City like this.

  We had to use the taxi service for both coming and going. Both drivers were excellent drivers and were friendly and courteous. We had to wait almost an hour for the first ride, but I am sure they were very busy.
