  My wife and I purchased a vacuum at this store. John made the process very easy for us and provided the information we needed on the various models available. He was very accommodating and even stayed well after the time the store usually closes. We greatly enjoyed our experience at Cape Fear Vacuums.

  When our last vacuum broke, I was hesitant to purchase another from a big box store. Instead, I searched for a vacuum shop and was pleasantly surprised to find Cape Fear Vacuums. John was extremely helpful in pointing us to the vacuum that would suit our needs best, and it is, by far, the best vacuum we have ever purchased. The Customer Service is amazing as well. You can tell from the other reviews that my experience isn't unique, it's clear takes care of his customers. If you're in the market for a vacuum, I cannot recommend this store enough!

  Excellent customer service. Warranty for repairs and replacement only. Unfortunately returns are not accepted on used vacuums.

  John is a great business owner and a very kind person. If you’re looking for a new vacuum, or need repairs, you should go here. Wanting to invest in a new caliber of vacuum, I spent one too many hours reading reviews and comparing models on the internet. In the end I still didn’t feel sure I was making the right choice, and I found this local store which carried the models I was considering. John succinctly went over that info in about 15 minutes, corrected some things I didn’t read correctly, and helped me to understand which model would best suit the needs of our home. That was difficult to do through the oem’s websites, PLUS I got both a better warranty and a Black Friday discount. You couldn’t ask for a better experience! Oh plus I got to test them out and he set my warranty up for me I mean come on how great is that. Thank you John
