  Was in need of an inspection/possible cleaning and contacted Cape Fear. Because of MY schedule, they "fit me in" on short-notice. Before the scheduled appointment, I received updates on possible schedule changes. They arrived early and immediately got to work. The job was quick and both gentelmen were engageing and respectful of my property. Not only did they provide the services of inspecting and cleaning the chimney, they provided maintenance recommendations for the exterior of the chimney. Plud, provided clear instructions on how to properly operate the fireplace. If I need this service again, I will definitely call Cape Fear.

  Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. Got to work and repaired what was needed and cleaned the rest. No mess. No fuss. Very personable fellows. It had been several yard since or last cleaning, and more years since or last professional cleaning and inspection. CFCS covered everything and are certified in this work. Reasonable pricing and very neat in their process.
