Pretty awful. Came in fall did not fix issue said was fixed. Charged me parts & Labor. Called in spring to come back. Charged my card again without any permission or notice and never showed up. Once is a mistake 2x is a theft. Called about no show. No apology just attitude. Asked to speak with manager would text only. What issue ever got resolved with a text? So you wait for weeks to spend a ton of money to get scammed then stolen from. As a business owner I understand the trials of running a small business and would never write a bad review to do harm to a business but when line gets crossed and a theft occurs by people that come inside you home we have an obligation to warn those that do their due diligence. You have been warned , and when the business manager responds to this and say I was texted, called and emailed you will know they don’t just take your money. The don’t tell the truth.

Outstanding service. Within less than one week, Chris inspected problem, ordered part and returned to install. i paid them $175 and requested for someone to come fix my dryer because the door was broken. we only live in our home seasonally so were not home when the technician came, which i was told would be fine. He spent 20 minutes in our home and sent me a message that the door is broken and i should remove a trip to fix it.. idk how to repair a dryer thats why i thought i hired them. Apparently i paid them $175 JUST TO DO A CONSULTATION and come tell me the door is broken, which i already knew. now no one will return my messages or calls. I'm so disappointed and confused.
