  We didn't realize we would have such difficulties with scheduling an annual one-time fill-up. We plan for annual fill up in November. They just roll onto the property and fill up whenever on the sly. My husband got a call two weeks earlier approx. 10/1/2025 and he declined and said not now, we are good until November! 10/15 they rolled onto the property and filled our tank 10/15 without permission or request. Last year 2024, I was calling up saying we only want a fill-up when requested. Previous year 2023, I had to chase the guy off every month in the fall as he tried to fill it up! That's when I called CSP to set up so we just get a fill up when we call it in! Account was initially set up to fill only on request. Now 2025, they still want to roll in and fill up whenever is convent for them, not us!! Ugh. Prolly time to figure out a new company to provide tank and propane. Unfortunately, I'm NOW stuck with a year's worth of propane. If you want propane on your budget schedule, find another provider.

  They do a great job monitoring the amount of Propane and making sure I always have the needed amounts. They have been willing to fill up my small propane bottles as well.
