  I have not been the biggest fan of apartments in Austin, but Canyon Ridge changed that completely! I love the complex, the staff are amazing, and the apartments are the best you're going to get for that sensational price. The manager is lovely and very accommodating, and the maintenance team response in a very timely fashion. These apartments have made my time in Austin a lot more enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment in the Austin area.

  I lived here for one year. It was one of the worst complexes. The maintenance people are bad. The fixed my falling kitchen sink with a stick!!! The dishwasher would lick all the time. Big and small cockroaches everywhere. The A/C vents had mold in them. There was even a shooting while I was living here, one person died. Look somewhere else. Nasty old apartments.

  Got to know recently that we are paying excess rent compared to others. Huge utilities charges. We pay over 500 on top of base rent 2B2B. Avg prices : Ebill 230, water 170, gas 120, trash 25, sewage, random standard charges like water2, sewage2, pesticides Better find other places even with little high base rent and pay reasonable utilities. Dont tempt with prices of canyon ridge.
