I bought a 26KW Generac with two transfer switches for a whole home solution. The sales team was fantastic and sold me on a 10 year warranty. They also sold me a monitoring through Mobile Link. The 10 year warranty requires an annual service contract be maintained or the warranty is voided. I am now 1.5 years in and the power goes out and my generator doesn't start (under a service contract and monitoring). The battery was dead and had been dead for 2 months. Monitoring was no help (don't buy it!). The aftercare team has not been good to deal with. 3 weeks to get a tech out. Tech shares verbally that it was an install error which popped some fuses( they claim stink bug). I am billed $691.66 for the service call and a new monitor. I assume that the voltage drop caused the mobile link monitor to fail. I shared I would pay for the monitor since it is out of warranty which is $391.66 but they would rather burn their brand. $16K plus $500 annually for service contracts and monitoring is not enough to be treated fairly. I would strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere!!!

Cantor Power Systems does an outstanding job on our yearly maintenance. They communicate very well through text and let you know 24 to 48 hours in advance of your upcoming service. On the day of service, our technician Jayrell, gives us a notice before he arrives and upon arrival.
Jayrell performs our yearly maintenance and does an outstanding job! He is very polite and professional and checks everything thoroughly and communicates well!! He takes pride in his work and even cleans out the area inside our generator with a spray bottle on and towels. Now that is attention to detail. He is a fine representative for the company. We are highly satisfied!
Very satisfied with Clint Moore, generator specialist and the two men who came out and installed our generator over a year ago. Getting my generator serviced, very disappointed. We have called three times and have had excuses or have not come out yet. They are supposed to come out by this Thursday, the 20th. We will see. My generator has been saying the battery needs to be checked and the oil changed in August of this year. Seems to me like Canter would be interested in making sure the unit is serviced so it will continue to operate in tip top shape. I want it to continue to be in top working order so when it is needed, it will run. This is what it was bought for. We have already paid for another year of monitoring, so yes I am a little frustrated.
Field Technician Corinne Zug arrived at my house with no sun, cold temperature, and wind blowing. She didnt hesitate to complete her mission on my stand by Generac. Corinne completed her maintenance yearly " check up " with a friendly and positive spirit and provided a timely report. I have had negative experiences with Canter customer service in the past, but Corinne 's work ethic has renewed my optimism.

Nathaniel of GenerX came to my home to evaluate why my Generac generator would not link to a new router. He was on time, very knowledgeable and fixed the issue which was actually a result of a prior technician from another entity which installed a new antenna but did NOT change the Serial Number to reflect that. Natnanial did the service work on the generator, too, efficiently, quickly, cleanly and professionally. I would strongly recommend GenerX as the service company as they really know what they are doing and are quite fair and reasonable on their pricing.
