  I just want to thank everyone from the management to the servers yesterday yiu guys were amazing the food was perfect and the service was exceptional. And special thanks to the manager Michael awesome job yoj guys have us the best night yesterday. We really do appreciate the hard work and professionalism you guys put in your work. Thank you

  I had the chicken fajita. Chicken was dry and not of good quality. Flavor was nearly non-existent. Upon walking out I saw a table with a steak fajitas order. There was twice as much meat on their plate.

  Food is fantastic!! We tried 4 different items …. And all were great.. Prices are reasonable too..

  I am absolutely blown away by the customer service at Cancun Mexican Restaurant. I had placed a party order a day earlier than I needed it, and to my surprise, they called to let me know it was ready. Realizing my mistake, I asked if they could just keep it in the fridge so I could pick it up the next day and reheat it. I was pretty bummed that I had made such a silly error for my daughter’s birthday party. When we went to pick up the order, I couldn’t believe what they had done—they had completely remade all the food, fresh for the party! They absolutely did not have to go above and beyond like that, especially since it was my mistake and not theirs. Thanks to Michael and the wonderful team at Cancun, the food was delicious, fresh, and exactly what my daughter wanted for her special day. This kind of thoughtful, generous customer service is rare, and we are so grateful. Cancun had already earned our loyalty (we go often, including in the restaurant for my son's birthday every year)—we’ll be back again and again! So grateful to Michael!
