(He even offered to buy me a coffee from Tim's on his way to my house) He gave a thorough explanation of how the garage door functions, proper maintenance, and even was able to reset the door code on the exterior panel. I've never owned a home with a garage so it was nice to not feel talked down to in any way while learning about the door. The work performed to replace the weather stripping was stellar and I look forward to further future service from him and the team at Canadoor. Highly recommended!

From talking to the extremely pleasant lady who booked my appointment yesterday, to the phone call from Dawson who let me know what time they would arrive, it was great. Dawson seems extremely knowledgeable and talked me through everything. Emilie was in training and was great too. The repair bill was very reasonable and I will definitely use Canadoor again. I’ve already told a dozen or so friends and coworkers about my pleasant experience.
- KCKyle CzapskiOct 20, 20251.0Called to get a quote. Not a single question was asked about dimensions, single or double spring, inside diameter, wire size or length. I was told it was $500 for a spring and asked if that was a joke . "No sir $500 plus $140 for an install." I'm not sure who this company is trying to take advantage of but when I call 3 other companies and the price is $200 installed something is fishy. This isn't a hard install and I just didn't want to buy a kit. So while I will pay a markup this price was just ridiculous. IMO, look somewhere else.
