    Terrible. No show deliveries. Consistently leavings items we did not order (extra jugs, coffee, cups, etc) that we then have to fight to get refunds for. Poor customer services and service fees through the roof. We have historically used Canadian Springs for multiple business locations but cancelling one by one due to the terrible service decline and consistent fraudulent charges on our invoices.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We have been with this water delivery service for over nine years, and their decline in service is unacceptable. We operate a store with 15 staff members, and they have failed to deliver our water for almost a month. Last week, we were promised a delivery of 8 bottles today, yet as the day is almost over, we find ourselves having to call again. Shockingly, the manager changed our delivery to five days later without any notification. This level of service is entirely unsatisfactory, and we expect immediate action to rectify this situation.

    Can't get ahold of anyone to cancel. Customer service has you on hold for over 2 and a half hours. Twice now I've tried and haven't had success with speaking with anyone. This company looks like they are just scamming people for water services or they are going under as a business and refusing to help with canceling there service.. probably the most frustrating company to deal with

    Hard to give a review - as there is no longer walk in service available (as of May 2 2025). Client service would dictate that info should have been added to Google maps to save us all a trip. Now what to do with these two 5 gallon jugs of theirs??

    Terrible customer service. They open hours of the office is terrible and even when they say they are open the keep the door locked and don’t answer the phone to open. They are trying to milk covid-19 for an excuse for absolutely terrible customer service. I get poor customer service during the beginning of a pandemic but 8 months into it, it’s no exclusive to only have the office open every other day for 4 hours at a time, then not be open when you say you are and not answer calls. I feel sorry for anyone stuck in an account with them.
