  I paid two weeks ago. After calling for an update, I was told it would be picked up same day on 8/15. Car was not picked up. I called on 8/18 and they were not aware it was not picked up, apologized, and said they would find another driver and call me back. Nothing but silence to emails I sent on 8/15, 8/16, 8/20, 8/21 asking for an update. Meanwhile both phone numbers I was given appear to be completely disconnected. I understand if someone has an emergency but this lack of communication has been consistent since the moment they took my money. It took writing a review to get someone to get in touch again. It is continuing to cost me time and money as I wait for my car which has so far made zero progress in its journey from US to Canada. I wish I would have used a different provider, or flown to California and driven the car myself at this rate.

  The attitude! i would't even consider this company. I called to get a quote and ask questions. They guy gave me so much attitude.

  I shipped my car from Vancouver, Canada, to Austin, Texas, and I had a terrible experience with the Canadian shipping company. My car was badly damaged on the bottom during transport. When I filed a claim, their claims department informed me that I should have taken pictures of the car's underside before shipping. I have been continuously following up with the claims department, but I have not received a satisfactory response. Additionally, there was poor communication throughout the transport process regarding the estimated time of arrival (ETA). There were several delays in the delivery of my car, and when I finally received it, it was in a damaged condition. Overall, it was a waste of money to ship through this company, and it would have been better to sell the car instead.
