  I can’t say nice enough things about the team at this location. A big thank you to Sophia, Christine, and Layton for taking such great care of us. They pulled products we didn’t think to see but fell in love with, brought up products from their warehouse downstairs, and modeled jackets for sizing we were purchasing as gifts. 10/10 shopping experience.

  The employees are snobby. I know the prices, but I went in to check the quality and sizing before I made a purchase. As I was browsing the store, the workers were whispering about how I couldnt afford to shop there so I left. That was my first and only impression of the company. Id rather spend my money someplace that doesnt insult their customers

  I purchased a vest and jacket from the website, but they turned out to be two sizes too big for me. I called the store, and Beverley was great. The next day, I visited, and the staff was welcoming. The sales Associate at the store <insert name> was amazing! He did an excellent job of showcasing the new product lineup, as well as the new city shoes. I left the store in a rush, later wishing I had simply purchased the shoes as well.

  Terrible customer service. Asked for a jacket in a colour that website clearly said was in stock and was told by a staff member that it will only be brought up from inventory stock downstairs if I was ready to buy. How am I supposed to know without trying? She just ignored and never brought it up. Extremely lazy and disappointing behaviour for so-called premium brand, never coming back.

  When i first arrived into Vancouver, the first place I really wanna be is the store at Georgia Street to make my first purchase of a Canada Goose down jacket. Excited as I was, i headed to Pacific Centre and left the place, TOTALLY delighted, euphoric and most importantly, memory carved and a promise to return again soon to do all my Canada Goose purchases for my entire family! I was greeted by a pretty Shiya. Gave her my specs of a trendy, current down jacket meeting the temp of 5 to 1 degrees and that i will use in other countries as Singapore does not warrant a down jacket. She swiftly and professional showed me two kinds and with her recommendation, my decision was made. Swift sharp and decisive. All ready to pay and head to the next stop as i was embarking on a shopping spree. Service was spectacular, immaculate and just stellar. The came payment time and we were greeted by a Leighton who assisted with the billing. MY hubby realised there was an incentive provided by the building mgtm and Leighton was so gracious as to go through the cancelling of the bill, assisted with getting the vouchers to use for the purchases etc , just simply going beyond what the service calls and we walked out of the store, praising the top notch service we ever received and setting the standards high for the whole of Vancouver! We then recommended two other travellers to get their goose clothing there and they came out with two downs as well, complete with superb service. Kudos to the management for the well trained staff. Service is key where customers are concerned and I must credit the store was having such an awesome team with such great attitude. Thanks to Leighton and Shiya for kick starting my shopping adventure in Vancouver with delight and looking forward to return soon. For those getting your Canadian Goose, do head down to Pacific Centre at Georgia Streeet, Vancouver for a fulfilling shopping experience. Leighton & Shiya - thanks for making my day:-)
