  Visited Canada Goose Eaton Center while I was staying in Toronto. The associate, D’juran spent a lot of time for me and he helped me find winter jackets that I was looking for. Great customer service and definitely coming back!

  Thanks Jermaine! At first I was put off as I had to wait but that’s how things are run as these are expensive high quality items and they need to control traffic, also it gives the visitor a quality one on one shopping experience. Unfortunately a lack of supply sent me to Harry Rosens…(not the storefronts fault) and also the Canada Goose website where I ordered the Harrison Parka(XL)👌🏾🇨🇦

  A bit obnoxious how they create an artificial line. Once there are 3 customers in the store, they make everyone else line up to get in. I came just to quickly return something and they made me wait outside as people tried different clothes on inside. Zero logic or reasoning. Pure nonsense.

  Mulun Wang provided exceptional service! His knowledge about Canada Goose products was impressive, and he was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect fit and style. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit the store. A truly pleasant shopping experience!

  We visited the Canada Goose store twice during our trip, and both experiences were wonderful! The first time, Alia helped us — she was patient, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed even though we didn’t end up buying anything that day. Two days later, we came back and were assisted by Mya, who was just as lovely and helpful. We ended up purchasing two coats and couldn’t be happier with both the products and the exceptional customer service. Huge thanks to Alia and Mya for making our shopping experience so enjoyable — they truly represent the brand’s warmth and professionalism!
