    Canada Goose officially joins my “never again” list. They took my money, lost the order, and then spent two days pretending to “expedite” it, which apparently means doing absolutely nothing, just slower. At this point, I think the real geese could’ve delivered it faster. Let’s agree: no one in this family ever buys from them again.

    The sales in stores are good. They help to set an online order for me as there is no stock in store. But the shipment is horrible. Just be aware. Also, the online service is terrible as they can do nothing to help. Once again, the one start is for online order shipping only.

    Solo entramos para probar la cámara helada con unos abrigos prestados mis amigos y yo y fueron super majos a pesar de que les dijimos que no íbamos a comprar nada y los abrigos aislaban perfectamente el frió si tienes dinero el mejor abrigo que puedes comprar para pasar el invierno

    I had a deeply upsetting experience at this store due to the behaviour of the store manager, Paul, I believe was his name. He was at the front at the time of my arrival and I had already felt the hostility when walking in as he had made one of his workers follow me throughout the time of me browsing. During my visit, the manager made racially insensitive and inappropriate comments that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable—especially from someone in a leadership position. No one should be treated differently or unfairly because of their race or background. I’ve reported the incident to corporate and hope they take immediate action to ensure this kind of behaviour is not tolerated. Until then, I will not be returning, and I encourage others to consider supporting businesses that treat all customers with dignity and respect.
