I wish I could leave less stars. This location is terrible. I have purchased CG jackets in Europe, at Nordstrom and in other stores. This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The young sales girl was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in, pushy, and then proceeded to give us rude feedback/attitude. We were coming in to purchase a gift for someone who needs an XL. When we informed her of this she proceeded to tell us we’re wrong and shouldn’t by an XL?? Then about 5 mins later proceeded to say we should look at a 2x.. didn’t make sense but when we were ready to make a purchase she was ready for checkout… Will never buy a jacket at this location.
