  Taking the time to write this because the customer service I received was so notable. I went in to confirm sizing on the jacket I had already purchased. I purchased an XS and wanted to try on a Small just in case. Upon walking in, I was greeted and Gabriel, who immediately listened to my situation and brought out the options they had to try. As I was going back and forth, DJ also joined in to offer his thoughts and ask what I was primarily using it for, which changed the equation for me. Ultimately, we decided that I needed to try the small in the exact material that I had already purchased in order to make an educated decision. Gabriel proceeded to order it for me and I was called as soon as it arrived at the store. I went in again, and Gabriel and DJ were both there again to help me decide which to ultimately keep. I highlight this because I had already purchased the coat — they ultimately had nothing personally to gain — but as they said to me, “it’s an expensive jacket and you should feel that it’s right, so let’s get it right.” It is so refreshing to have such care and thoughtfulness in customer service. I wasn’t rushed or pressured — quite the opposite — their only concern was to get it right. I will be going back and getting a jacket from them for my husband just because of the way they represented this luxury brand. I hope management sees this because DJ and Gabriel are true representatives of the product and I hope they are as respected and appreciated as they made me feel as a customer.

  What an amazing store and fantastic customer service!!! I called and spoke to Mark just to ask where the store was in Beverly Center. He told me where to go and to ask for him. When I got there he and the rest of staff were so pleasant and helpful. I knew what coats I was interested in and told him what I wanted to try on. My size wasn't on the rack, but he went to the back and found all the coats I wanted in my size. He was so awesome and it was pleasure doing business with him. The store is new, beautiful and well stocked. I highly recommend going there. I know I will be back when I return to LA.

  My purchasing experience wouldnt have been amazing without Asaad! He truly made the experience welcoming and made sure the gift i chose was perfect! Thank you Asaad! Will definitely be back soon :)
