My in-store experience was quite good. I asked for my selected coat to be shipped to me and to please not require a signature for receipt of the delivery! They sent the wrong size and provided a return shipping label. Once the original incorrect size was received by the store, they called to apologize and then shipped ( hopefully) the correct size and the package required a signature. I now have to go to a drop off location to retrieve the package!
It is very annoying to receive such poor service from a high end retailer!

I’ve now bought two items here, a shelburne and a Clair! Ask for Will W! He’s the best at that location! Really love his warm energy and happy to show you whatever item you want! I come back to this store to see what new offerings they have or if I find something online and want to see it in person.
