  I visited the Canada Goose store at South Coast Plaza with the intention of purchasing a jacket for my upcoming trip to Alaska. However, the experience was far from pleasant. The store’s security was unnecessarily rude, restricting our entry despite the store having minimal customer occupancy, with around 8 customers inside. Once inside, the overbearing staff behavior continued. Every time we showed interest in a jacket, staff members hovered over us, impatiently waiting to put items back the moment we finished examining them. This created an uncomfortable and rushed shopping environment, completely opposite to the customer-centric experience one would expect from a high-end brand like Canada Goose. In the end, I left the store without making a purchase. The unwelcoming and intrusive behavior of the staff and security completely deterred me from buying what I initially came for. This experience has significantly tainted my view of Canada Goose, and I would think twice before visiting or recommending this store to anyone.

  Super awesome experience with Mar who patiently helped with my indecisiveness trying to find the perfect fit and color that would give me maximum warmth yet not look too bulky for my petite frame. I was probably at the store for 2 hours 😅 So happy with their customer service and variety of inventory in store, I drove 1.5h here from Santa Monica to pick up one parka for an upcoming trip to freezing chicago, but I left with 2 additional vests! Well worth the trip! (And money, because I own two other Canada goose jacket from over a decade ago and they are still going strong, so you know their lifetime warranty is legit!) For those of you looking at the Canada Goose website which keep saying a certain style is out of stock at this location, don’t let that deter you! This location have such a large selection of jackets, parkas and vests of all styles and colors! Highly recommend! (I will say in general I dislike the South Coast Plaza complex, so complicated to navigate and every single security person keeps walking up to me asking if my well behaved golden retriever is a service dog. I have not experience that anywhere in West LA down to South Bay!)

  Gift return can only get a gift card, or the gift buyer has to physically be there in person to get return payment. Snobish pretencious store. You sell feather jackets. You are not Cartier or Hermes. You don't need a waiting line. You need bigger store space and more staff.
