  An unpleasant experience at the Canada Goose store in Chinook last Sunday. There were only three of us — myself, my husband, and my father-in-law. There was no line up. Two customers entered the store ahead of us, and we simply followed behind them at a normal pace. We weren’t rushing or running, just calmly walking in. The sales associate standing by the door suddenly blocked our way, raising his hands in front of my husband as if to stop a crowd. He loudly exclaimed, “Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa”, as if we were rushing inside. After that, he told us, “Wait just a second, okay?” He did let us in once he turn around and ask if there’s room for more people. Of course, he has the right to manage the entryway, but the way he chose to do it was unnecessary and rude. A polite request to wait would have been enough. Instead, his exaggerated reaction made us feel as if we were doing something wrong when we weren’t. We did purchase something inside with the help of other salesperson who are nice, but the first impression at the door is unnecessarily rude.

  Dilshawn helped me the entire time I was looking for my coat, felt a lot better making a big purchase because of his knowledge, he was patient and professional. Highly recommend.

  My wife and I visited Calgary from the US and had never been to Canada Goose before. Rylin was a top notch salesperson and really went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us. It was no pressure and he did not look down on us. I highly recommend visiting here because the price is cheaper than American stores such as Bloomingdale’s.

  This is not our first experience with Canada Goose Calgary, and it’s always been outstanding. My other half already owns couple of jackets, and every time we’ve visited, the customer service has been nothing short of the best. Corey is an absolute gem — friendly, professional, and always a pleasure to deal with. Britany and Alex helped us last time when we were preparing for a trip to Europe. We were looking for the right jackets, and with their help we made the perfect choice. During our trip we were caught in a heavy downpour, and thanks to that jacket my wife stayed completely dry. It was without a doubt one of our best purchases. Grace is equally wonderful, always making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly the kind of team that makes you want to come back. Today we had the pleasure of being helped by Happy. We purchased two vests, and I have to say — her service was top notch. Patient, attentive, and full of positive energy. She kept bringing us options, colors, and sizes until we found exactly what we loved. Even when I thought we were done, she encouraged us to try just one more piece, and she was right — it was worth it. Only after we completed our purchase did I learn she’s the new store manager. That was such a wonderful surprise, especially because she was so down-to-earth, approachable, and genuine. It really impressed us. On top of that, we always try to support Canada and Canadian-made products, and Canada Goose represents exactly that — quality, craftsmanship, and pride in Canadian manufacturing. As always, thank you Canada Goose Calgary team for making shopping here such a fantastic experience. You truly go above and beyond every time.
