  The clothes are good quality, but the service is really disappointing. The sales staff were busy chatting with each other instead of helping customers. When I asked for an alternative size, they were impatient and seemed annoyed. I expected a much better experience from a brand like Canada Goose.

  Pro Tip - Check the styles in the store then go buy from Escape Outdoors. The CG store literally has zero customer service. They won’t even cancel an order placed 10 minutes ago.
